As CEO, Sophia's core mission is to enhance the performance of the personalized toothpaste business to achieve a win-win situation for customers, employees and the community. She is a firm believer in sustainability in toothpaste production and is committed to upgrading packaging. Since assuming the role of COO in 2013, she has played a leadership role in Lidercare's private label toothpaste business in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
She has been a committed leader and mentor to all Lidercare employees. Today, she is responsible for pioneering new toothpaste design and packaging possibilities, building the supply chain to better serve customers, and leading the local economy to significant organic and M&A growth.

David Shi joined Lidercare as CEO in 2018. He brings over 10 years of supply chain experience in the oral care industry. As a leader of manufacturing companies in multiple sectors, David Shi foresees the future of packaging and branding, especially the rapidly changing needs of our customers.
Since joining Lidercare, David Shi has built a complete toothpaste supply chain, implementing strong management practices centered on faster product availability. He emphasizes our mission to provide global brands with the highest quality oral care products, leaving no stone unturned to enhance their brand value.

Cindy has served as Lidercare's General Manager since 2019 and is responsible for the company's overall operations, including improving efficiencies and increasing profits. She is also responsible for global sales.
Cindy is a veteran of the oral care industry and has led her team to achieve sustainable and scalable revenue growth. She drives collaboration and alignment of the Lidercare team by utilizing strategic thinking and a value selling framework. With a focus on service, her team consistently attracts new customers and delivers exceptional service.
